Farrah Bakhshi-Dezfouli

Farrah Bakhshi-Dezfouli has a diverse range of work experience in the field of behavioral health and counseling. Farrah began their career as a CPS caseworker for the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services from 2004 to 2007. Farrah then worked as a mental health counselor at Metrocare Services from 2008 to 2010. In 2011, they joined LifeNet Texas as a counselor for hospital discharge, and stayed until 2012. From 2005 to the present, they have also been working as a counselor independently in their private practice. Most recently, they have been serving as the Program Director of Behavioral Health at CK Family Services since 2015.

Farrah Bakhshi-Dezfouli has a strong educational background in the field of counseling. Farrah earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Counseling from the University of North Texas, where they studied from 2002 to 2005. Prior to their Master's degree, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Psychology also at the University of North Texas from 1998 to 2002.
