Ella Soroush is an experienced early childhood educator with a strong background in supporting children's wellbeing, learning, and development across multiple roles and organizations since 2007. Currently serving as an Early Childhood Teacher at C&K - The Creche and Kindergarten Association and as a Lead Early Childhood Educator at Guardian Childcare & Education, Ella implements approved learning frameworks and creates tailored kindergarten programs. Previous roles include Inclusion Support Teacher at Pakuranga Heights School, where assistance was provided to children with disabilities, and various positions as an Early Childhood Educator and Coordinator in different settings. Ella holds a Graduate Diploma in Education from Southern Cross University and multiple certifications in early childhood services and computer engineering.
