Deanna Steele

DeAnna Steele, PHR, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at CKE Restaurants, Inc. since January 2007. In this role, DeAnna acts as a strategic HR partner to executive leaders, effectively aligning people initiatives with business priorities. Notably, DeAnna led the onboarding process during two corporate HQ transitions, successfully integrating over 300 new employees. Prior to this, DeAnna held various HR roles at CKE Restaurants, including Human Resources Business Partner, Corporate Human Resources Generalist, Corporate Human Resources Specialist, and Human Resources Assistant. DeAnna began a career in the legal field as a Legal Assistant/Paralegal at McGlynn & Luther Law Firm from November 2002 to January 2007.
