Marco Schlueter is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in product development and innovation. Currently serving as the Director of International Culinary Innovation at CKE Restaurants, Inc. since September 2017, Marco previously held the position of Director of Product Development and Culinary Innovation at DineEquity from October 2014 to August 2017. Marco's culinary expertise also includes roles as a Research and Product Development Chef at Luvo Inc and Huxtables Kitchen Inc, as well as serving as an Independent Culinary Consultant for Compass Group. Earlier in the career, Marco was the Director of Research and Product Development at Really Cool Foods and held the position of R&D Executive Chef for Corporate Menu Development at LSG Sky Chefs from April 2007 to August 2010.
