Marco's culinary expertise also includes roles as a Research and Product Development Chef at Luvo Inc and Huxtables Kitchen Inc, as well as serving as an Independent Culinary Consultant for Compass Group. Earlier in the career, Marco was the Director of Research and Product Development at Really Cool Foods and held the position of R&D Executive Chef for Corporate Menu Development at LSG Sky Chefs from April 2007 to August 2010.
