Richard Escoffery

Richard Escoffery is the Vice President of Human Resources and Employment Counsel at CKS Packaging Inc, where Richard provides executive-level leadership in HR operations. Prior to this role, Richard served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Innova Solutions, managing the legal affairs of the organization and related entities, with a focus on employment law and corporate governance. Richard also worked as a Partner at Elarbee, Thompson, Sapp & Wilson, LLP, representing businesses in employment-related litigation and compliance issues. Earlier in their career, Richard was a Law Clerk to the Honorable Gerrilyn G. Brill at the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, specializing in employment discrimination cases. Richard holds a J.D. with Distinction from Emory University School of Law and a B.A. in History from Emory University.
