Thábata Madureira

Thábata Madureira has a diverse work experience in finance and management roles. Thábata started their career as an Estagiária at Unimed Rio, where they gained experience in customer relations and quality assurance. Thábata then worked as an Analyst Trainee at Unimed Rio before joining Miss Bardot as a Sócia Diretora, where they were involved in strategic planning, budgeting, and sales management. Thábata then moved to Reserva, where they held various roles including Analista de Planejamento Financeiro, Analista de Orçamento, and Coordenador de Orçamento/Planejamento, mainly focusing on financial planning, performance analysis, and process improvement. Their most recent position was as Head Finance at Haight Clothing, where they worked on financial processes, cost reduction, cash flow management, and strategic planning. Currently, they are working as Head Finance at CL Joias.

Thábata Madureira completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management from Estácio between 2007 and 2011. Currently, they are pursuing a Postgraduate degree in Financial Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, starting in 2022.
