Michael Maganga

Michael Maganga currently serves as the Head of Global Finance at Radiometer, leading teams in finance for research and development as well as enabling functions like HR and Legal since 2024. Previously, Michael held the position of Head of Finance for the Nordics at Align Technology from 2022 to 2024, contributing as a member of the Nordic Management Team. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Finance for Denmark at Menzies Aviation from 2020 to 2022, and as Senior Corporate Controller for the Nordics at L'Oréal from 2015 to 2020. Michael began career stages at Mars as a Senior Business Analyst and Team Leader from 2013 to 2015 and at Microsoft in various analytical roles from 2007 to 2013. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Finance and Strategic Management from Copenhagen Business School, completed in 2008.
