Vasco Bilbao-Bastida has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. In 2013, they worked as a Summer Consultant at FALCONI Consultores de Resultado, where they analyzed retail industry data and identified potential EBITDA gains. From 2014 to 2016, they served as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, where they worked on projects related to marketing & communications, risk management, and strategic planning for global companies. Vasco then joined VaynerMedia as Vice President, Group Account Director, overseeing campaigns for brand clients and leading a team of account strategists. In 2018, they joined Zalando Marketing Services as the Executive Director, Sales & Account Management, where they led the influencer marketing team and implemented employee engagement initiatives. From 2018 to 2019, Vasco worked as the Head of Operations and Engagement Manager at LEAD Mindsets & Capabilities, where they internationalized the company and led change management projects. In 2019, they briefly served as the Chief Operating Officer at Guided. From 2020 to 2021, Vasco joined cLabs as the Head of People and later as a People Partner, where they led people operations and implemented various initiatives in benefits management and HRIS selection. Throughout their career, Vasco has demonstrated their expertise in leadership, strategy, and organizational development.

Vasco Bilbao-Bastida holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Government from Harvard University. Vasco also obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a concentration in Strategic Management & Social Impact from The Wharton School. Additionally, Vasco earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in International Studies from The Lauder Institute - University of Pennsylvania. Vasco also participated in an MBA Exchange program at the Singapore campus of INSEAD. In April 2021, Vasco obtained a certification as an Integral Associate Coach from Integral Coaching Canada.
