Aren Plante, MPA, currently serves as the Ontario Representative for the Grimsby Member Centre in the healthcare sector at CLAC, where responsibilities include grievance handling and collective bargaining for over 700 members across 11 bargaining units. Prior to this role, Aren worked as a Committee Coordinator in the Office of the Chief Administrative Officer at Norfolk County, providing expertise in governance and advising on policy and procedure. Additional experience includes serving as a Legislative & Committee Coordinator at the Corporation of the Town of Lincoln, facilitating communication between the public and municipal departments, and several summer positions with the City of Hamilton, primarily in the Forestry Sector. Aren holds a Master of Public Administration from Western University, a Bachelor of Arts with Distinction from Redeemer University, and studied at the University of Oxford as an Associate Student.
