Randall Boessenkool is an experienced legal professional currently serving as General Counsel for CLAC since September 2012, where responsibilities include providing labour relations advice and legal services across Alberta and Ontario, as well as overseeing national legal strategies. Previously, Randall held the position of Ontario Legal Counsel at CLAC, safeguarding legal interests and managing operations within the province. Prior to CLAC, Randall was a Labour & Employment Associate at Stikeman Elliott LLP, advising on various legal issues in labour and employment law. Additionally, experience includes a summer associate position at Pitblado Law and a sales manager role at Sweet Pete's Bike Shop. Randall holds an LL.B degree from the University of Manitoba and a Bachelor of Arts degree from The King's University, majoring in Philosophy and minoring in Business Administration.
