Chelsi Reno has a strong background in human resources. Chelsi currently holds the position of Chief of Human Resources at Clackamas Education Service District since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked at North Clackamas School District as an Associate Director of Human Resources from July 2015 to June 2022. Chelsi also served as the Human Resources Director at Lincoln County School District in Oregon from June 2009 to July 2015, where they led and inspired the HR team and played a key role in developing a collaborative district culture.

Chelsi Reno pursued their education starting in 1988 at Boise State University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a focus on Human Resources. Afterward, in 2012, they attended Concordia University-Portland and earned a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Education. Their academic journey continued at Lewis & Clark College from 2017 to 2020, where they obtained a Professional License in Educational Leadership and Administration, focusing on the general field of study.
