Dorron Farris

Dorron (Ron) Farris is an executive leader currently serving as the Chief Growth Officer at UNIFI, where they develop strategies to enhance the organization’s revenue and impact for children and families affected by autism. With over 20 years of experience in healthcare, Dorron has a proven background in digital transformation, sales, and nonprofit growth. They also hold the position of Strategic Advisor at The Readiness Foundation, which focuses on college and career readiness for underprepared students. In addition, Dorron is actively involved in the community, serving on various boards including Horizon House and Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana. Dorron earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Development from Indiana University Bloomington.
