Mina Rod

Mina Rod is a finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and financial management. Currently serving as Controller at CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) since November 2022, Mina oversees the month-end closing process and assists in preparing financial statements in compliance with GAAP. Prior to this role, Mina was an Accounting Supervisor at Harper & Pearson Company, P.C., managing a team to ensure accurate financial reporting. At Baldridge Financial, extensive work was done leading full charge accounting services for over 60 clients across various industries. Previous experience includes working in accounts payable at Tanda Supply and holding the dual role of Controller and Project Accountant at an International company, supervising accounting teams and implementing cost control measures. Mina holds a Master of Business Administration in Accounting and Business/Management from the University of Houston-Victoria and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Alzahra University.
