Poppi Shoma

Poppi Shoma is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in general affairs and human resources. Currently serving as the General Affairs Lead at Cladtek since September 2015, Poppi has progressed through various roles, including General Affairs Coordinator and Internal Affairs Officer, overseeing asset management, transportation services, and canteen operations. Prior experience includes a role as a Recruiting Coordinator at PT Caterpillar Indonesia, where responsibilities encompassed manpower planning, recruitment activities, and employee onboarding. Earlier positions involved administrative functions in circulation management and reservation ticketing at PT Suara Media Indonesia and travel agencies respectively.
