Joset Carmona

Joset Carmona began their career in 2011 as an Analista de sistemas de información at Instituto Costarricense de Electricidad. In 2012, they joined Clai Payments as Chief Research and Development Officer, Corporate Project Manager, Software Development Project Manager, and Software Development Engineer.

Joset Carmona has a comprehensive educational background. Joset earned a Licenciatura in Ingeniería de sistemas from Universidad Nacional between 2015 and 2018. Joset also earned a Bachiller in Ingenieria en Sistemas from Universidad Nacional between 2008 and 2012. In 2011, they obtained a Técnico Profesional from Cisco Networking Academy in the field of CISCO-CCNA. From 2008 to 2010, they earned a Diplomado en programación de aplicaciones informáticas from Universidad Nacional in the field of Computer Software Engineering. Additionally, they obtained a Técnico Avanzado from Universidad Nacional in the field of Soporte Técnico between 2008 and 2009. Joset also has a number of certifications, including a Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile in December 2021, an IBM Cloud Essentials from IBM in September 2021, a Cloud Core from IBM in April 2021, a Técnicas de seguridad en desarrollo from Internet Security Auditors in December 2020, and a Project Management Professional from Project Management Institute in February 2017.
