Ricardo Andrés Huertas Gil

Ricardo Andrés Huertas Gil has been in the professional field since 2011. Ricardo Andrés began their career at POSTOBON S.A. as an Analyst of Control - Internal Audit, where they were responsible for the execution of internal audit programs in the different areas of the plant. In 2012, they moved to SISTEMA INTEGRADO DE TRANSPORTE SI99 S.A. as an Analyst of Integrated Management System, where they were responsible for maintaining the integrated management system and guaranteeing the minimum number of non-conformities under the ISO 9001:2008 standard. In 2015, they joined Transambiental S.A.S. as an Advisor of Management, where they advised the senior management on the strategic planning of the organization and the actions to be taken for the optimization and improvement of processes. In 2016, they joined Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano as a Professional of Organizational Development Direction, where they were responsible for the design and redesign of processes and the certification of services under the ISO 9001:2015 standard. In 2020, they joined KPMG in Colombia as a Senior Management Consultant, where they provided advice for the design of organizational improvement processes or project management processes. In 2021, they joined CLAI PAYMENTS as a Process Manager, where they were responsible for designing and implementing the standardization of organization activities through the design and optimization of processes, definition of policies, support documentation, organizational chart, management indicators, risk identification and evaluation, and service level agreements.

Ricardo Andrés Huertas Gil has a diverse educational history. Ricardo Andrés obtained their degree in Administration from Escuela Colombiana de Ingeniería Julio Garavito from 2003 to 2009. In 2014 to 2015, they completed an Especialista en gerencia integral de la calidad from Universidad Sergio Arboleda, specializing in Gerencia Integral de la Calidad. Additionally, they have obtained numerous certifications from various institutions, such as Udemy, Politécnico Superior de Colombia, edX, Universidad Sergio Arboleda, Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano, ASCAL- ASESORIA Y CAPACITACIÓN PARA EL LIDERAZGO, SGS Colombia, URJC, ICONTEC International, and Fundación Universidad de Bogotá 'JorgeTadeo Lozano'.
