Akshay Panpatil began their career in 2016 as a Production Engineer at UGC Supply Chain Solution Pvt. Ltd. In 2018, they moved to LFG Cares as a Business Development Manager. In 2021, they joined ClaimBuddy as a City Head and Business Development Manager.

Akshay Panpatil attended North Maharashtra University from 2011 to 2016, where they obtained a degree in Mechanical Engineering. AKSHAY specialized in Mechanical Engineering during their studies.
