AJ Alao currently serves as the Head of Sales for Boostworks since June 2024, working towards the mission of aiding individuals in UK organizations to thrive. Previously, AJ was a Sales Leader at DataGuard, a leading provider of Privacy, Information Security, and Compliance-as-a-Service, and held the position of Growth Partner at Cold Outreach Agency, assisting startups in achieving sustainable growth. Prior experience includes roles at SeedLegals as Manager in Sales & Business Development and as an Advisory Board Member for The Careers & Enterprise Company. AJ co-founded Spiela to help disadvantaged youth find opportunities and has demonstrated leadership skills as a Head Coach for the University of Greenwich's American football team, achieving significant team success. Other notable roles include Client Partner and Global Sales Manager at Student Beans, where AJ significantly increased revenue and improved client relations. AJ holds a degree in Accounting and Business from Brunel Business School and is pursuing ACCA qualification.
