Chad Wege has extensive work experience in various roles and leadership positions. Chad currently holds the position of Vice President, Product and PMO at ClaimLogiq, starting in 2022.
Prior to this, they worked at Apixio from 2021 to 2022 as a Director of Product Management, where they were responsible for developing a new product to improve diagnostic capture and managing relationships with pilot customers.
From 2019 to 2021, Chad worked at Change Healthcare, first as a Vice President of Customer Success, where they consolidated program management functions and expanded product opportunities with existing clients. Chad then served as a Director of Product Development, overseeing the development of Member Engagement products and extending product oversight to a newly merged business unit.
Before joining Change Healthcare, they worked at UnitedHealth Group from 2008 to 2019, holding various director-level positions. This includes roles such as Director of Digital Product Development, where they developed demand intake processes and capability roadmaps, and Director of Business Analysis, where they led strategic initiatives and managed scope with intersecting programs and vendors.
Additionally, Chad has served in leadership positions in professional organizations, including being the Past President and President of the IIBA Northeast Wisconsin Chapter and serving as Secretary for WI BADD®. Chad also has experience in technology management at J. J. Keller & Associates, Inc. where they served as a Technology Manager, leading a team of developers and managing a departmental budget.
Throughout their career, Chad has demonstrated strong leadership skills, product development expertise, and the ability to drive successful outcomes in various organizations.
Chad Wege has a diverse education history. Chad obtained a B.A. in Business Administration from Lakeland University, where they studied from 2006 to 2009. Prior to that, they obtained an A.A.S. in Management Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin-Fox Valley, attending from 2002 to 2004. In addition to their degrees, Chad also pursued a certificate in Management from the American Management Association from 2001 to 2003.
Chad's interest in computer science led him back to Lakeland University, where they obtained another B.A., this time in Computer Science, studying from 2004 to 2006. Chad further expanded their education by pursuing a Management Certification in Executive Education from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2007.
In 2018, Chad obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
Overall, Chad Wege has pursued a well-rounded education, spanning fields such as business administration, computer science, management information systems, and executive education.
