Melissa Quince

Melissa Quince has extensive experience in client success and account management roles. Melissa is currently the Vice President of Client Success at ClaimLogiq, where they are responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and delivering excellent service. Prior to this, Melissa worked at Gainwell Technologies as the Senior Director of Client Engagement, where they provided technology solutions for health and human services programs. Before that, they held positions at HMS, where they served as a Senior Director of Commercial Accounts and an Account Director. At Excentus, Melissa served as the Director of Account Development, leading client satisfaction and relationship management efforts. Melissa also held roles as an Implementation Manager and Senior Account Executive at Excentus, where they managed client teams and implemented hardware and software solutions. Early in their career, Melissa was a Senior Account Executive at New Benefits, where they implemented benefit programs for large associations and companies. Throughout their career, Melissa has consistently exceeded client expectations and demonstrated strong leadership skills.

Melissa Quince attended Syracuse University from 1996 to 2000, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing Management.
