In this role, Zach reviewed all trauma cases presented to the hospital and accurately recorded the necessary data points. Zach also used this data to implement Fast Track triage, which reduced emergency department waiting times by 30%. Zach then moved on to become an Operational Project Manager at the same hospital, where they planned, managed, and implemented organizational programs.
