Zach Hohenberg has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Zach began their career at Osceola Regional Medical Center, where they served as a Trauma Data Analyst. In this role, Zach reviewed all trauma cases presented to the hospital and accurately recorded the necessary data points. Zach also used this data to implement Fast Track triage, which reduced emergency department waiting times by 30%. Zach then moved on to become an Operational Project Manager at the same hospital, where they planned, managed, and implemented organizational programs. Zach successfully presented projects to hospital directors for approval and budget consideration and also played a role in creating and adjusting hospital policies and procedures. After their time at the hospital, Zach joined Kinnser Software as an Account Manager. In this role, they consistently achieved 95% of quota attainment and played a key role in generating revenue through outbound prospecting and marketing campaigns. Zach then worked at Interim HealthCare Inc. as an Associate Director, where they efficiently managed a staff of 15 employees and developed company goals. Zach also oversaw business unit growth and created client treatment plans based on their medical needs. Most recently, Zach joined EnableComp as the Director of Client Engagement. In this position, they serve as the point of contact between the company's executive leadership and senior leaders at partner organizations. Zach works closely with various teams within EnableComp to foster productive relationships with clients.

Zach Hohenberg has a diverse education history spanning multiple fields. In 2009, they enrolled at the University of Central Florida and completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Health Services Administration in 2012. Following this, they pursued further studies and from 2014 to 2015, they attended the same university to earn a Master of Science (MS) degree in Health Services Administration with a focus on Health/Health Care Administration/Management.

Additionally, in 2018, Zach attended The University of Texas at Austin for a short period to obtain a certification in Full-Stack Web Development. This certification reflects their interest in the technical aspects of web development.
