Tom Magnotta

Tom Magnotta is the current President & CEO at ClaimLogiq. Prior to ClaimLogiq, Tom served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at DataLink Software from October 2021 to May 2022. In this role, Tom was responsible for operations, product, strategy, implementations, provider engagement, and network development.

From April 2019 to October 2021, Tom served as the SVP & GM at HMS. In this role, Tom was a member of the senior leadership team with P&L oversight and accountability for a $300M+ business segment, spanning multiple product lines and ~1,400 associates. Key responsibilities included direct P&L ownership, GM/Operations, Enterprise Product Strategy, Development and Management, Client Services and Business Insights, and M&A. During their time at HMS, Tom successfully led the turnaround of the business segment, achieving ~60% organic growth and ~80% total growth (w/ acquisition) over 2+ years. Additionally, Tom played an instrumental role in the sale of the company to Veritas Capital in April 2021.

Prior to HMS, Tom served as the Plan Chief Operating Officer (COO) at WellCare Health Plans from March 2018 to April 2019.

Tom Magnotta has a MPA from New York University in Health Policy and Financial Management, a BS from Springfield College in Healthcare Administration, and a certification from Pragmatic Marketing in Pragmatic Marketing.
