James Kozak

James Kozak has over a decade of work experience in various roles related to business development and claims management. James most recently served as the Vice President of Business Development for ClaimsPro LP in Western Canada. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Commercial Services for MBC Group and the Director of the Western Region for DKI Canada. James also held positions at ClaimsPro Inc., Forensic Investigations Canada, Cunningham Lindsey, and Wawanesa Insurance as a business development manager and claims adjuster.

James Kozak's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The University of British Columbia (2002-2006), a Chartered Insurance Professional degree from the Insurance Institute of Canada (2008-2010), a Certified Sales Professional (with Distinction) degree from the Canadian Professional Sales Association (2011-2012), and a Canadian Risk Management degree from the University of Toronto (2012-2014). Additionally, they obtained the Fellow Chartered Insurance Professional (FCIP) Designation from the Insurance Institute of Canada in 2023.
