Shayna Raphael

Shayna Raphael is an experienced Behavior and Education Consultant at Raphael Consulting since June 2017, specializing in behavior consulting services for school districts, including direct work with students facing severe emotional-behavioral challenges and staff coaching. Shayna also holds roles as a committee member at ASTM International for consumer product standards, Vice Chair of the Citizen Police Advisory Committee in Tacoma, and Board President of the Claire Bear Foundation, which advocates for safe sleep education.
