Throughout their career, Kim has worked on a wide range of product categories, including fashion accessories, handbags, footwear, cosmetics, and more. Jihi has also successfully led teams, set creative direction, and managed exclusive product development for multiple brands. Kim's expertise spans both global and regional markets, with experience in Europe and North America.

Jihi Kim earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from Cornell University in 1986. From 1986 to 1989, Kim pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Fashion Design at Parsons School of Design - The New School.
