Brandon Kirchner

Brandon Kirchner has a diverse work experience with roles in engineering and management positions. Brandon started their career at Blackbaud in 2013 as a Software Engineer and served in that role until 2017. In 2017, they joined Civitas Learning as a Software Engineer. After two years, they moved to Homeward in 2019, where they initially worked as a Software Architect before being promoted to Engineering Manager in July 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Engineering Manager at Homeward as of May 2022.

Brandon Kirchner attended Texas State University from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science.
