Kasey Ray

Kasey Ray, PHR, SHRM-CP has a strong background in human resources with experience in various roles and companies. Kasey currently holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Claire's since September 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Core-Mark International as the Senior Director of HR Systems and Operations, as well as the HR Director. From 2012 to 2017, they worked at Rexel and held the title of Human Resources Director and Global HR Director for Gexpro Services. Kasey also has experience at Raytheon, where they held several HR roles, including HR Manager/M&A Practitioner, HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, HR Generalist/Project Manager, and Talent Management Specialist. Throughout their career, they have successfully led teams, managed reorganizations, and assisted with acquisitions and integrations.

Kasey Ray, PHR, SHRM-CP, holds a Masters of Science degree in Management, Human Resources from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University, which was obtained from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, Kasey completed a BS degree in Psychology at Texas A&M University from 2000 to 2003. In terms of certifications, Kasey obtained the PHR certification from HR Certification Institute in 2013 and the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in 2015.
