Kristin Hodnett

Kristin Hodnett is an experienced professional in Total Rewards management, currently serving as the Manager of Total Rewards at Claire's since June 2016. In this role, Kristin oversees the administration and strategic recommendations of North America's Total Rewards programs for over 9,000 associates, ensuring compliance and competitiveness. Prior to this, Kristin held various positions at U.S. Tsubaki Holdings, Inc., including Senior Total Rewards Specialist, where responsibilities included payroll processing and benefits management. Kristin's career began in the United States Marine Corps as a Tactical Data Networking Specialist, earning several commendations and medals. Kristin holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, alongside Bachelor’s and Associate’s degrees focused on Technical Management and Accounting.
