Alex Simmons

Alex Simmons currently serves in the private equity division at Clairvest Group Inc. since April 2023 and holds board observer positions at Head Digital Works and NexTech Solutions LLC as of August 2023 and July 2023, respectively. Additionally, Alex is positioned as a board observer at FSB Technology from December 2023 to July 2024. Prior experience includes roles in private equity at Forum Asset Management from January 2021 to March 2023, investment banking at National Bank Financial from April 2020 to January 2021, and corporate and investment banking at Citi from May 2018 to April 2020. Alex holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Smith School of Business at Queen's University.
