Robbie Isenberg is the current Managing Director at Clairvest Group. Prior to this, they worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Credit Suisse First Boston from July 2004 to December 2005. Robbie has experience with a variety of investment banking transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, high yield debt, bank financings and equity offerings across numerous industries.

Robbie has analyzed transactions using various valuation and analytical techniques including leveraged buyout modeling, comparable company analysis, pro forma merger modeling and discounted cash flow analysis. Robbie has also prepared and participated in roadshow, drafting, due diligence, credit committee, and rating agency meetings. In summer 2003, they worked in the same role and office.

Some of Robbie's selected transaction experience includes being the sole bookrunner and lead arranger of a $150 million senior notes, $55 million revolver and $50 million term loan dividend recapitalization for Douglas Dynamics a portfolio company of Ares Management and Aurora Capital Group. Robbie was also the lead bookrunner and lead arranger of a $151 million senior notes, $135 million term loan and $20 million revolver leveraged buyout of Panolam Industries by Genstar Capital and the Sterling Group. Robbie was the sole sell-side mergers and acquisitions advisor for the $1.27 billion leveraged buyout of Accellent Corporation to Kohlberg Kravis and Roberts & Co. Lastly, they were the sole bookrunner and sole arranger of a $250 million first lien term loan and $100 million second lien term loan dividend recapitalization for Promontory Ranch a Pivotal Group real estate development.

Robbie Isenberg has an MBA with Distinction from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and an HBA with Distinction from Ivey Business School at Western University.
