Gaurav Jain

Gaurav Jain has a strong background in Intellectual Property (IP) services and patent portfolio development. Gaurav has held various leadership roles in companies such as Clairvolex and Laxmikumaran & Sridharan. At Clairvolex, Gaurav worked as a Vice President, overseeing the operations of a global IP asset management program. Gaurav also led teams for patent search and analytics, as well as patent licensing and monetization. Prior to this role, they served as an Associate Vice President, where they managed a unique IP asset management program focused on patent portfolio development. In their current position as a Director, Gaurav continues to lead a team in IP asset management, working on a large number of global patent assets across different technology domains. Additionally, Gaurav has experience as a Speaker and Faculty member at the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). Earlier in their career, they worked at Nokia as a Software Engineer and at Laxmikumaran & Sridharan as a Technical Team Lead in Patent Analytics.

Gaurav Jain started their education at Geeta Bal Bharti Sr. Sec. School from 1993 to 2000, where they pursued their Intermediate degree in the field of Science. Later on, in 2008 to 2009, they attended Nalsar University in Hyderabad, where they obtained a Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) in Patents Law, specializing in the field of Patents. Additionally, in 2010, Gaurav Jain completed a course in Indian Patent Agent at a school called "Patent Agent".
