Sonia Chandrashekhar

Sonia Chandrashekhar is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as Assistant Manager HRBP at Clairvoyant since March 2024, Sonia previously worked as a Senior HR Generalist at ZKTeco India, where successful recruitment drives and the formulation of HR policies were key achievements. Previous positions include HR Generalist at Kiprosh, managing the entire employee life cycle, and at Ravi Electricals - India, where recruitment processes and employee engagement activities were emphasized.
