Gidi Stein

Gidi Stein is an accomplished medical professional with extensive experience in internal medicine and healthcare innovation. Currently serving as an Internal Medicine Consultant at Clalit Health Services since September 2025, Gidi manages complex cases in Israel's rural areas impacted by recent conflicts. In addition to this role, Gidi has been a Senior Physician at Meir Medical Center since July 2018, and previously co-founded and held leadership roles at MedAware, developing AI technology for medication risk management from February 2012 to November 2025. Gidi's earlier experience includes senior physician positions at Beilinson Hospital and Hasharon Hospital, as well as leadership roles in scientific research at CytoView Ltd and I-Impact Ltd.
