Welington Fernando Moraes

Welington Fernando Moraes is currently an Aluno pesquisador at Welinfa since July 2023 and has been working as an Atendente and Estagiário at CLAMED Farmácias since June 2022, focusing on the application of pedagogical theory to professional identity development. Prior experience includes roles as an Assistente de Produção at Luxplast from August 2021 to February 2022, where responsibilities involved machine supply maintenance, and as an Assistente Administrativo at Dasul Tintas e Revestimentos from July 2020 to August 2021, emphasizing production control and financial management. Welington also interned at Isoelectric Brasil Ltda in late 2019, contributing to the production of electrical insulators. Educationally, Welington is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy at UniBrasil Centro Universitário, expected to complete in February 2026, and holds a Técnico degree in Occupational Safety from Senai, completed in 2015.
