Rita Medeiros Silva

Rita Medeiros Silva is a professional with extensive experience in psychology and human resource management. Currently serving as the Founder at Clan by Multipessoal since September 2022 and as a Human Resources Manager at Multipessoal since August 2019, Rita has also held various roles in psychological support and assessment for children with visual impairments. Previous positions include Psychologist at PIN and Santa Casa da Misericórdia de Ponta Delgada, where Rita provided psychological support, conducted functional and emotional evaluations, and collaborated with multidisciplinary teams. Rita's career began with an internship at the Centro de Desenvolvimento Dr. Luís Borges, followed by a role as a Trainee Psychologist at the Associação Nacional de Intervenção Precoce. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Psychology from the Universidade de Coimbra and a postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management from Instituto CRIAP.
