Jane Milligan

Jane Milligan is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as HR Director and previously HR Manager at Clancy Consulting since September 2002, Jane provides comprehensive HR support to 11 Directors and 150 staff across 9 UK offices, focusing on the development of fair policies and continuous improvement. Prior experience includes serving as Personnel Manager at Neil Myerson Solicitors from 1999 to 2002, where Jane played a crucial role in establishing the HR function, and as Store Personnel Manager at Boots UK from 1989 to 1999, where Jane managed personnel policies for a flagship store with a significant annual turnover. Jane holds a degree in IPM from Salford College of Technology.
