Michael Goodson has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Michael worked at Clancy & Theys Construction Company from 2015 to the present, starting as a Project Manager and progressing to roles such as Senior Project Manager, Director of Operations, and currently as the Vice President/Wilmington Division Manager. Prior to that, they worked at cm&b, Inc. from 2011 to 2015, starting as an Assisting Estimator and advancing to roles like Assistant Project Manager and Project Manager. Michael also had experience at Aspen Square Management in 2011 as an Operations Engineer, primarily focusing on completing tenant improvement projects. Additionally, they had an internship with Commodore Builders in 2010 as an Assistant Superintendent, gaining experience in interior renovation projects at MIT. Finally, they started their career at Rand Construction in 2007 as a Laborer and Owner's Assistant, managing renovation projects and coordinating tasks with the owner.

Michael Goodson received their Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from the Wentworth Institute of Technology in 2012. Prior to that, they pursued Bachelor Studies in Construction Management at Central Connecticut State University from 2007 to 2008. In July 2012, Michael obtained the LEED Accredited Professional certification from the US Green Building Council. Additionally, in March 2014, they completed the Skills for Success program at Dale Carnegie Training.
