Noah Palmer-Licht

Noah Palmer-Licht currently serves as the Director of VDC at Clancy & Theys Construction Company, leading the in-house BIM and Virtual Design team to enhance business development, preconstruction, and operational efficiency. Previously, Noah held positions as VDC Manager and VDC Coordinator, focusing on integrating technology to optimize project outcomes. Experience also includes serving as Senior VDC Coordinator at Rodgers Builders, Inc., and various roles at rba., including Project Manager and Intern Architect. Earlier experience encompasses a summer internship at Shamburger Design Studio and roles as a Lab Assistant and Teaching Assistant at UNC Charlotte, alongside managing a CNC shop for a family business specializing in digital templating and fabrication. Noah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
