Mark Sontag

Mark Sontag has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as the Director of Food and Beverage at Clancy's Inc. since September 2019. Prior to this role, Mark held multiple positions at Scotty's Brewhouse and Thr3e Wise Brewing Co. from July 2014 to July 2019, including Director of Food Beverage & Menu Development. Mark's career at Scotty's Brewhouse began in January 2005, where several roles were held, such as Director of Kitchen Operations, Corporate Kitchen Training Coordinator, and Kitchen Manager. Mark earned a degree from Purdue University between 2003 and 2008.
