Timothy Sperling Mba

Timothy Sperling MBA, MSN, RN, NEA-BC, CEN is an experienced healthcare leader currently serving as the Assistant Vice President of Behavioral Health at Clara Maass Medical Center since December 2024. Concurrently, Timothy works as a Lab Reservist at Ocean County College, supervising nursing students in skills labs. Timothy has held various roles at Monmouth Medical Center since August 2007, including Nursing Supervisor and Emergency Department Staff RN, where significant contributions have been made in both staff supervision and patient care. Additionally, Timothy served as the Director of Case Management and Manager of Clinical Analysts at RWJBarnabas Health, overseeing teams responsible for the management of electronic medical records. Timothy holds advanced degrees, including an MBA and a Master’s degree in Nurse Executive, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
