Chris Childs is an experienced professional in pension administration and member services, currently serving as an Administration Services Manager at Clara-Pensions since May 2025. Prior to this role, Chris held the position of Head of Member Service Technology at Brightwell from February 2023 to May 2025, and served as Head of Pension Operations at DHL GBS (UK) Ltd from October 2012 to February 2023. Earlier experience includes a role as Senior Representative at Admin Re UK Ltd from October 2007 to October 2012, and Customer Services Consultant at Aviva from October 2001 to October 2007. Chris completed general education at Stratton Upper School, earning a GCSE from September 1996 to July 1999.

Clara-Pensions

We are proud to have developed a solution that’s not just better for DB scheme members, but also better for the PPF and better for UK business. To date, and for the near future, our focus will remain on working with policy makers, regulators, potential clients, service providers and the wider pension industry to ensure we are providing the best solution we can ahead of a formal launch later this year.
