Caroline MacKinnon

Caroline MacKinnon is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in reporting and financial management. Currently serving as Head of Group Reporting at Claranet since June 2023, Caroline previously held various significant roles at Serco from 2010 to 2023, including Head of Financial Reporting: Processes, Data & Systems and Group Reporting Manager. Earlier experience includes Assistant Group Financial Controller at Nestor Healthcare Group plc from 2006 to 2010 and a decade at Deloitte, where Caroline progressed from Chartered Accountancy Trainee to Senior Audit Manager. Caroline holds a BCom in Business Studies from the University of Edinburgh and an MA in Industrial Relations from the University of Warwick.
