Iuri Costa

Iuri Costa is an experienced technical professional with a strong background in network operations and engineering. At Claranet, from September 2021 to June 2024, Iuri served as a Technical Operations Support Engineer specializing in 2nd/3rd line technical support and previously held roles as a Platform Engineer and Network Engineer within the Platform Services team, focusing on the design and management of networking and security elements. Prior to this, Iuri worked at Custodian Data Centres as a NOC Engineer and NOC Shift Team Leader, overseeing NOC operations and customer support for DataCentre systems. Iuri's earlier experience includes NOC Engineer roles at Ar Telecom and FAS - Sistemas de Informação, where responsibilities included monitoring and troubleshooting network issues, as well as working as a Field Technician at Sonae Sierra. Iuri holds a 1st Year degree in Computer Science from Universidade Lusófona and completed a Technical Course in Internet Development at ServWare Training Center.
