Robert Morgan has extensive experience in customer support and service assurance, currently serving as the Director of Customer Support & Service Assurance and Head of Customer Operations at Claranet since August 2013. In these management roles, Robert is responsible for overseeing support teams in Gloucester, London, and Bristol as well as ensuring service excellence through effective operational practices.
