Melanie Kerr

Melanie Kerr is an experienced administrative professional currently serving as the Administrative Program Coordinator and Authorized Submitter for Teacher Education at Claremont Graduate University since November 2015. In this role, Melanie evaluates and processes teaching credential recommendations, communicates between the Commission on Teacher Credentialing and various stakeholders, analyzes degree completion requirements, and maintains systems of records. Prior positions include Program Coordinator and Assistant to the Director of Teacher Education, as well as roles in early childhood education and management in sports programming. Melanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and an Associate of Arts in Child Development from Pasadena City College. Currently, Melanie is furthering academic qualifications at Claremont Graduate University.
