Michelle Bligh

Michelle Bligh serves as the Dean of the School of Social Science, Policy, and Evaluation at Claremont Graduate University since July 2017. Prior to this role, Michelle held the position of Professor of Organizational Behavior & Leadership at NEOMA Business School from September 2014 to August 2016. Additionally, Michelle was a Professor and Associate Dean at Claremont Graduate University from July 2002 to July 2014. Michelle earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Organizational Behavior and Leadership from the University at Buffalo.
