Marilyn Francis

Marilyn Francis is currently serving as a Member Board of Trustees at Swarthmore Care Home and as Head of HR at CLAREMONT HIGH SCHOOL ACADEMY TRUST. Prior to these roles, Marilyn has held positions such as HR Manager at Children with Cancer UK, Lead Human Resources Advisor at Life Opportunities Trust, and Human Resources Generalist at First Placements. With a background in Human Resources Management, Marilyn has also worked as a Commercial Administration Manager at SG Digital, Bill Back Operations Manager at American Express, and HR/Office Manager at ONX, Inc. Marilyn is currently pursuing a CIPD L7 Strategic People Management degree at University Centre Farnborough, building upon her previous CIPD L5 in Human Resources Management from West London College.
