Lourdes Germán

Ms. Lourdes teaches public finance at the Harvard University Graduate School of Design and serves as a senior advisor to the Kresge Foundation. Previously, she served as director of international and institute-wide initiatives for the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy, where she created new initiatives to promote municipal fiscal health and established several municipal finance education programs. She previously served as vice president for Fidelity Investments and as an attorney for the international law firm, Palmer & Dodge (now Locke Lord, LLP). In addition, Ms. Germán serves as Governor Baker’s appointed chair of the Massachusetts State Finance and Governance Board, serves on the board of the Rappaport Center for Law and Policy, and on the board of the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy.
