Mr. Walgenbach has been associated with CRMS since 1989. Mr. Walgenbach was the President of the non-profit entity formed to purchase the Claremont House in 1990.
In 1992 Mr. Walgenbach became the Executive Director for Claremont House. He became a partner at CRMS in 1993 with Mr. Gill assuming the additional responsibilities of overseeing the operations of CRMS. In 2002 Mr. Walgenbach joined Mr. Gill at the corporate offices of CRMS as Chief Operating Officer. During this time, Mr. Walgenbach was instrumental in the repositioning, growth and development of Claremont House, Golden Pond, Inglenook at Brighton and other CRMS properties. Mr. Walgenbach was also responsible for developing a marketing approach that enabled these facilities to maintain the highest occupancy rates in their respective markets.
From 1986 to 1991 Mr. Walgenbach was a property manager forAndrew Associates, a property management firm that specialized in the receivership of financially distressed properties. Mr. Walgenbach was responsible for overseeing the assets of hotels, apartments, commercial properties and senior living communities.
In 1986, Mr. Walgenbach received a B. S. degree in from University of California, Berkeley.
