Previously, Tim held significant roles including Head of Property at the British Heart Foundation and New Look, and Property Director at Karen Millen and FatFace, managing extensive property teams, annual CAPEX, and strategic expansion initiatives in the UK, Ireland, and the US. Tim's career also includes positions such as Head of Property at H&T Group plc and Commercial Surveyor at Ashdown Lyons, demonstrating a strong background in real estate management and strategy development across multiple sectors. Tim earned a BSc. (Hons) in Urban Estate Management from Kingston University and a Diploma in Valuation & Estate Management from the University of the West of England.
